Are You Ready For a Challenge?
One thing we all have in common is that we all love a challenge!
For some it could be a goal that puts you to the test, an obstacle that says you can’t beat me, a belief system that is begging for a breakthrough, or even a mountain that just dares you to climb it.
Whatever it is, you’re attitude should be BRING IT ON, as there’s nothing quite like a good old fashioned challenge to see what you’re made of, to push the boundaries and tests your limits as it is ONLY when we overcome these trials that we get to reap the sweetest rewards.
During the past few years, I have been working on what I believe to be the most comprehensive approach to goal setting and performance enhancement.
The 100 Day Challenge is a structured 14-week performance improvement program where challengers compete against themselves to achieve a number of challenging goals in just 100 days.

I just completed a 6 week Extreme Boot Camp workout program last week. To my amazement I received more than expected from this program. I pushed myself every day to keep going and get stronger in my workouts, this in turn has assisted me mentally in staying focused on my task and following through to completion. I increased my mile run by a minute, my sit ups more than doubled and my push ups more than tripled. These small accomplishments towards better health has been awesome. I am taking a weeks break from the program then enrolling for another 8 week Boot Camp……..I am so grateful to the 100 Day Challenge. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hi there. I just wanted to say that I can’t believe there is a website out there like this and people who care enough to put us to the test.
I want to lose weight but many things have been hindering me, including significant injury.
I think by Sept. 22 it’ll be 9 weeks since the accident so I think I’ll be strong enough to be able to go.
I’m participating NO MATTER WHAT. Thanks so much! C

Thanks for the reminder! I am definitely signing up.
I have not met all of my 2010 goals for a number of reasons … and excuses; so I look forward to the 100 Day Challenge.

I can’t wait for this to kick off I do have some goals I have to complete before the end of the year…. and I need some extra pushing right now.. this is the best time of season to push us due to the cold and how it makes you want to sleep so this time is crucial..

I have started with the 100 Day Challenge and was astounded how much I can achieve..if I am more motivated, or rather have this kind of support…although its a competition with myself …I feel that I am more empowered and more committed as a result of this 100 Day Challenge.
After listening this morning to my day 4 challenge…i realized again how much STRESS I cause myself due to procrastination….the most important goal till the end of the year is to finish my first book….so ..let me get on with…!!!! I am grateful and thankful for this CHALLENGE…
ALL OF YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY!
