A flawed premise of success is that the goal is the most important ingredient in the stew of success, and that you win or lose based on the merits or worthiness of the goal.

How wrong and casualty-creating that premise is as the best goal or most honorable intention cannot survive poor execution.

Read the following very closely…

Goals never fail…Only implementation does!

What is good execution?

Good execution is all about making good decisions and making things happen. It’s about reacting well to unpleasant and unexpected events.

It’s about building capabilities into your life and business—the capability to be efficient and effective in respect to those factors that are critical to your success.

It’s about FedEx making sure that the package really does arrive the next day–guaranteed.

So, how do you execute well and get good at it?

How do you make more progress in 100 days than most people do over a ten year period of time?

The answer is simple…

Participate in the 100 Day Challenge and I’ll turn you into an unstoppable powerhouse.

Think of a day, any day in your life.

Got one?

Good…

Now ask yourself if on that day, if there was ever not a need for honesty, integrity, compassion, character, good judgment, discipline, self-control or focus.

And the answer is, of course not.

There will NEVER be a day in your life that will not require the demonstration of these noble virtues.

NEVER…

In addition, there will never be a day of your life that does not provide you with…

The opportunity to take initiative…

The feeling that you can do better…

The opening to demonstrate excellence…

The chance to make the world a better place…

If you only step up and ANSWER THE CALL.

Accept this reality…we live in a highly competitive world, where people and companies are often competing for the same goal and in many cases competing with limited resources.

If there is something you want from life than you must step up, you must take initiative, and you must answer the call when opportunity presents itself.

Why?

Because if you don’t, someone else will.

In the 100 Day Challenge, you will be pushed, prodded and poked every day to make demonstrable action on your goals.

If you’re really up for a challenge, to see what you are REALLY made of, than join us for a life changing experience.

What is it that brings one man success in life, and failure to another?

The answer is, some men succeed because the cheerfully pay the price of success while others, though they claim ambition, are unwilling to pay that price.

In this post, I want to introduce you to an important truth on your path to success, “Choose Your Suffering”.

Everything you want in life, every goal you want to achieve, every dream you want to manifest comes with a price tag.

There is NO FREE LUNCH when it comes to true success and achievement.

To achieve any goal, you must choose the suffering that’s right for you, you must accept that reality, you must embrace that truth, and then you must live with it every day of your life.

Throughout the 100 Day Challenge, you will be reminded to pay the price of success each day and you will be astounded by the results that you are able to generate.

Here’s an inconvenient truth…

Your success in every aspect of your life requires an enormous threshold of discomfort and inconvenience because of the many sacrifices involved.

Inconvenience and discomfort are part of the foundational building blocks of success and every person who has ever been legitimately successful has formed the habit of doing things that others don’t like to do.

To learn the REAL SECRET of success and the bedrock principle that fuels the 100 Day Challenge…watch this video:

Unfortunately, our society has placed such a high premium on convenience and expediency that it has enabled weakness, while also creating an inability for many to perform at peak levels.

True, big-time, legitimate success is something that is achieved by the MINORITY of people, and is therefore unnatural and not to be achieved by following our natural likes and dislikes nor by being guided by our natural preferences and prejudices.

The reality is that highly successful people are influenced by the desire for PLEASING RESULTS while overwhelming majority of people are influenced by the desire for PLEASING METHODS.

If you’re up for a challenge, and I mean if you’re really serious about making lasting and significant change in your life than be sure to say YES to the 100 Day Challenge where you’ll turn into an unstoppable powerhouse!

Consider this question, “What would change in your life or business if you focused on doing everything right the first time?”

Do you think you’re business would be more efficient, effective, and even more profitable?

Do you think your reputation would improve and that you would attract bigger and better opportunities?

Do you think that you would eliminate a lot of wasted time and unnecessary do-overs?

Of course the answer is YES on all points.

So, what exactly does it mean to do things right the first time?

Doing Things Right the First Time is a philosophy, a mentality, and a performance standard.

It’s a practical measure against which any system; process, action, or outcome can be analyzed.

It’s important to note that focusing on how you can do everything right the first time does NOT mean that you are trying to perfect…

It means that you are changing your perspective on the “How” part of your job and improving your overall performance.

To accomplish this feet, you must demand that the following three things take place…

Recognize the high cost of mistakes and quality issues;

Continuously think of the places where flaws occur in your performance;

Work proactively to address the flaws in your systems and behaviors so that quality performances take place.

Once you begin the 100 Day Challenge, you will learn a step-by-step process for radically improving your results by making everything you do count.

Commitments present themselves in delineations of black and white; after all, you either honor your commitments, or you don’t.

Success is the result of making and keeping commitments to yourself and others, while all failed or unfinished goals, projects and relationships are the direct result of broken commitments. It’s that simple, that profound, and that important.

The following video showcases The Integrity Pledge and the critical role it plays in your life.

Commitment proceeds success, and your ability to demonstrate a sustained commitment to your goals can and will alter the trajectory of your life.

Until you’ve committed to them, goals are irrelevant, dreams are useless, and hopes are no more than a pipe dream.

Commitment inspires you to perform to the best of your abilities. It protects and strengthens your credibility and reputation with yourself and others. It provides you with passionate energy and unstoppable momentum, and fills you with a sense of pride that’s priceless.

In the 100 Day Challenge, your level of commitment will be put to the test, so before enrolling, ask yourself if you have what it takes to follow through, stay focused and pay the price that success demands.

The statement, “you become what you think about”, reminds us that our thoughts affect who we are, and it points out the connection between what we think and what we become.

This understanding is both enhanced and magnified once combined with The Law of Exposure.

The Law of Exposure tells us that our minds think about what it is most exposed too.

The following must-see video spotlights the distinction between decent and indecent exposure.

It amazes me to see how many people think they can live as they want and that they can avoid the consequences of this law.

They think they can read anything they want and it won’t affect them. They think they can watch bad images or listen to nasty music and it won’t affect them.

You must never forget that your mind thinks about what it is exposed too.

Here is one of my favorites and it comes from Ron Ferrill of Simpsonville, South Carolina.

“Holy Cow!

One of my goals is to prepare, condition, commit and finish the 2010 National Marathon to Defeat Breast Cancer. This past Saturday, the first Saturday of the 100 Day Challenge, I committed to run in the Susan G. Komen 5K to defeat breast cancer in Greenville, SC.

Got up early, focused on that commitment (in honor of my wife, who is a 7 year survivor), got there early, and was incredibly moved by the event prior to the race.

The Race: I was serious, but in a joyful way. I kept within myself, and trotted along, not trying to beat anyone else, or prove anything other than a good training run – doing my best that day.

I stayed around for the awards ceremony, being supportive and congratulatory to teams and individuals.

When they got to the 60-64 Male age group, they started with 3rd – not me, 2nd – not me, and I figured these guys were probably pretty fast, then 1st place – Ron Ferrill …. Surprised, happy, and thankful.

Doing something for good has special rewards.

By the way, I’m 64 a prostate cancer survivor myself, and this was the 1st 1st place in a running race I’ve EVER had.

Think there’s something in all this?! No doubt – Thanks Gary for whatever “mojo” you injected. I absolutely love the 100 Day Challenge.”

Here’s another one from Richard Banta of Denver Colorado who really got off to a fast start.

“Gary, my primary 100 day goal was to advance to a certain level in a new network marketing company. I achieved the goal in 20 days using the quantum leap approach that you have taught us. As a result, I have reset my goal to advance 2 more levels. On a scale of 1 to 10, I evaluate this 100 Day Challenge as an 11.”

I’m very proud of this special program and I’d love to hear from you about your experience and why you would recommend others to participate.

Time to Get Serious

We’ve all heard the expression: Grow Up – Get Serious, but have you ever taken the time to really think of the impact and importance of those four words on your life.

One thing about successful people is that at some point in their life, each one has looked in the mirror and decided that once and for all they were done playing games, they were done settling for table scraps, they were done standing by idly on the sideline while other people that they did not perceive as being as bright nor as talented lived in nicer homes and enjoyed a better quality of life.

It was at that moment that they decided to get serious about being a mother, father, spouse, boss, teacher, leader or student. All the great ones have had this conversation.

So, let’s talk about you: Have you honestly made the decision to get serious about your life, to stop blaming others, and to finally becoming the best that you can possibly be?

It’s a simple yes or no answer, one that is clearly demonstrated by your actions as behavior never lies.

Simply put, your behavior tells the world if you are serious or if you are just screwing around. So what’s the answer?

The sad part is that far too many people take a casual and cavalier approach to life and have the audacity to complain and make excuses when things don’t go their way.

This is some sick kind and demented joke as these people are delusional if they think that they can really get ahead in life without getting serious about how they are going to use the precious and limited time they are given.

You can disagree strenuously with the following aggressive statements, but eventually you WILL come to the understanding that you have no choice but to accept them as reality.

You will become rich when you get serious about becoming rich and NOT a second sooner.

Until you decide to get rich by developing a plan and executing your plan consistently, you will forever remain in the situation you are in.

You will get in great physical shape only after you get serious about getting in great physical shape and NOT a second sooner.

Until you make the decision to get in shape you will continue to suffer the consequences of obesity, high cholesterol and poor fitting clothing.

You will enjoy a great marriage and a loving relationship only after you decide to get serious about having a great marriage and certainly not a second sooner.

Until you choose to build a loving, nurturing, safe and supporting relationship your relationship will remain as it currently is.

Let’s face it; until you accept the wisdom of those four words Grow Up – Get Serious, you will waste a lot of time and energy.

The purpose of the 100 Day Challenge is for you to set and more importantly achieve a number of challenging and worthwhile goals. This is a serious program for serious people who want serious results.

If you are finally ready to Get Serious about your future, than take the challenge!
