It All Comes Down to Execution

A flawed premise of success is that the goal is the most important ingredient in the stew of success, and that you win or lose based on the merits or worthiness of the goal.

How wrong and casualty-creating that premise is as the best goal or most honorable intention cannot survive poor execution.

Read the following very closely…

Goals never fail – Only implementation does!

What is good execution?

Good execution is all about making good decisions and making things happen. It’s about reacting well to unpleasant and unexpected events.

It’s about building capabilities into your life and business, the capability to be efficient and effective in respect to those factors that are critical to your success.

It’s about FedEx making sure that the package really does arrive the next day–guaranteed.

So, how do you execute well and get good at it?

How do you make more progress in 100 days than most people do over a ten year period of time?

The answer is simple…

Participate in the 100 Day Challenge and I’ll turn you into an unstoppable powerhouse!

  • I’m feeling very motivated and fired-up for the challenge

  • It’s true… taking action is the test of how much you believe in your goal and how much you care about achieving it. If it’s worth dreaming.. it’s worth trying! So, get ready…and don’t forget to GO !

  • As an “Alumnus” of the 100 Day Challenge I am 4 to GO! so Go Cats, Go!!

The energy expended I found, created more energy in me.

  • Taking action is everything!

If you can dream it, you can do it. I’ve started holding myself totally accountable for massive action and the implementation of my current goals.

  • Unbelievable, the show goes on and I can’t see myself EVER going back. I can tell you with complete conviction that nothing will stop me from that very first day when I registered with you.

  • Hello Gary!

Totally agree with you – dreams (goals) can’t be unfortunate or wrong, only our treatment can foozle it.

Actually everyone of us has only two options in life – die on the way to our dream or die suffering the disappointment of that, nothing is done!

    Best regards,

  • Having a dream is just the beginning, and the point where many of us stop. The 100 Day Challenge takes the guess work out of the necessary and sequential steps in–actually–reaching that goal.

  • I would never be auditioning for my OWN talk Show on the Oprah Winfrey Network had I not been a 100 Day Challenger since October 2009. Talk about changing lives! I fully commit to the 100 Day Challenge every day and it has become a lifestyle for the rest of my life.

  • Yes! I think the Secret kind of messed up a lot people. Just have a vision board and sing kumbaya the floodgate of prosperity will swing wide open. It’s not that kind of party.

It takes consistent action and lots of work. Setting goal is a great start. There millions of businesses out there with great business plans. flow charts, and process maps that are gathering dust.

They will never, ever prosper until they start executing. Goals setting without action is folly! Massive execution is the key.
