The Power of Commitment
Commitments present themselves in delineations of black and white; after all, you either honor your commitments, or you don’t.
Success is the result of making and keeping commitments to yourself and others, while all failed or unfinished goals, projects and relationships are the direct result of broken commitments. It’s that simple, that profound, and that important.
The following video showcases The Integrity Pledge and the critical role it plays in your life.

Commitment proceeds success, and your ability to demonstrate a sustained commitment to your goals can and will alter the trajectory of your life.
Until you’ve committed to them, goals are irrelevant, dreams are useless, and hopes are no more than a pipe dream.
Commitment…
- Inspires you to perform to the best of your abilities.
- Demonstrates to the world that you are serious about taking action.
- Protects and strengthens your credibility and reputation with yourself and others.
- Provides you with passionate energy and unstoppable momentum, and fills you with a sense of pride that’s priceless.
In the 100 Day Challenge, your level of commitment will be put to the test, so before enrolling, ask yourself if you have what it takes to follow through, stay focused and pay the price that success demands.

Very true and the world be a better place if every one kept its commitment. When we commit something to other friends, collegues , seniors or even to our kids it has to be honoured . Commitment develops discipline and dedication . Well said, thanks for the video.

The most sacred of commitments is the marriage vow and If a person is not true to these vows he will not be true to any vow or promise and should not be trusted in any way.

We live in a time of excuses, and if you call someone about why they broke their word, next you will be called abusive, and many other things.

As we increase our levels of integrity with ourselves and others, the people around us change to reflect our own growth. Thanks so much for this well-written and thought-out video- it is so close to my own heart. The commitment to having integrity in all areas of my life is very high- I can’t say it is at 100% yet, but I am keeping my focus on where I am going!

For those of you who watched and listened. Commit to the 100 Day Challenge and you will change your life. And, you can be anywhere in that life. I’m 64 and am in the best physical shape in over 20 years, ran a half marathon last month, had better family time over Christmas/New Year than years, and know where I’m headed. Hell! This journey’s just begun!

Wow…… what a video? with commitment each one of us will have a success. It has been rightly said that if you want to go heaven, then for that you only will have to die and no body else can buy your ticket.
It is really fantastic learning about the Commitment.
Thank you.

Great video. Thank you Gary for conveying this important concept in such a succinct, understandable and compelling manner. this concept is a direct reflection of the first of “The Four Agreements” – Be Impeccable with Your Word.

Hi Gary,
Thanks for creating the time to share this with us – so true, so simple in its concept, and it also takes an incredible amount of (humbling and freeing!) personal dedication to stay in focus with the honouring of commitments, especially if they are not held in our direction!
I remember a quote from David Stech, who said, “Commitment is the Promise that the Conscious Mind makes to the Soul.”
I carry that quote with me as a constant reminder of not only the commitments I am dedicated to, but also when approached with a decision to potentially be a part of another.
Looking forward to checking out your 100 Day Challenge!

Absolutely true message. Simple, not easy to do. But simple. You’ve nailed it Gary – this is the formula to success of any nature. Perhaps the music in the background can be turned down a little as it competes for attention and becomes ‘noise.’ Congratulations on a short, to-the-point video!

You are right. If we dont honor our own how can we honor our commitment to others.
jennie emmanuel September 24th, 2010 at 1:42 am
Example also can be most be considered if we read scriptures JOB in our blessed Bible. His commitments towards GOD… share jennie
