Visualize Success in Advance!

Visualize successful performance.

Visualize successful performance.

What you see IS what you get!

Professional athletes are exceptionally adept at visualization.

  • A professional golfer never tees off without first playing the course in his mind.
  • A professional downhill skier never goes downhill without first visualizing the entire hill in her mind.
  • A professional ballerina never performs without first performing the entire ballet in her mind.

They execute first in their mind and then through action.

By the time they are ready to perform they have already played the event in their mind, so that all that’s left to do is execute what they have already visualized.

This sort of positive reinforcement gives the professional an advantage in any endeavor.

When they perform well, they are not surprised at all. In fact, they expected to do well because they preformed flawlessly in their mind first – they visualized success in advance and you can do the same!

  • I agree. Used that technique when I prepared for my second figure competition. Not only did I put up pictures of what my body was supposed to look like, but positive quotes as well. I practiced my routine in my mind and felt it in my body so that when I practiced it, I could feel each pose. The day of the show, I was completely at ease and had claimed a win. I won my division!

  • Proven time and time again, this visualization is one of the biggest leverage points to success. I envision that Everything Counts will be a huge success because of its value to so many.

  • I utilized visualization when I lifted weights last night. I was able to complete far more sets than usual, some with heavier amounts than ever before! Thanks for the reminder of how effective it is!
