WOW! What a list!!!

I cannot believe that you’ve managed to collect some of the best step-by-step points in helping people become better leaders.

From your list, it’s clear there are born-learders, but I also believe that some people make the decision at some point in their lives to start thinking and acting like a leader.

Also, I’d like to highlight that leaders aren’t only found in the boardroom, there are loads of leaders in all imaginable field … from schools … to volunteer groups … to the most creative companies on the planet.

We’re not all born to be leaders, but those who do become good leaders have the ability to motivate people around them.
