WOW! What a list!!!

I cannot believe that you've managed to collect some of the best step-by-step points in helping people become better leaders.

From your list, it's clear there are born-learders, but I also believe that some people make the decision at some point in their lives to start thinking and acting like a leader.

Also, I'd like to highlight that leaders aren't only found in the boardroom, there are loads of leaders in all imaginable field ... from schools ... to volunteer groups ... to the most creative companies on the planet.

We're not all born to be leaders, but those who do become good leaders have the ability to motivate people around them.
