Our work draws from three lineages: somatic coaching (the idea that the body is part of the conversation), narrative therapy (the idea that we live the stories we tell about ourselves), and the slow, patient tradition of contemplative practice. None of these are decorative. Each shows up in concrete weekly practice.
What we don't do: cold plunges as content, hustle motivation, manifestation rituals divorced from honest work, or any program that promises a "transformation" in thirty days. Comebacks are slower and quieter than the internet suggests.

Sleep, breath, movement, and the basic posture you carry through your day. The body is the first place every chapter is felt and the last place most coaching addresses. We start here.
Calendar, attention, decisions, and the relationship between your daily inputs and the chapter you say you want to write. We aim for clear constraints, not optimization.
The handful of people whose presence shapes your weeks. Partner, family, close friends, key colleagues. Often the quietest work, often the most important.
Not financial planning — that is what your advisor is for. But the relationship between what you earn, what you spend, and the life you say you are building.
Sessions are conversational. Eric reads your weekly written reflections before you arrive. The first fifteen minutes are usually a quiet check-in — what is alive this week, what is heavy, what surprised you. The middle forty minutes go wherever the work needs to go: a hard decision, a recurring pattern, a practice that isn't sticking. The final five minutes are always the same — we agree on one small, specific, repeatable promise for the next two weeks.
The promise is rarely heroic. Often it is two ten-minute walks, or one difficult email, or one conversation that has been waiting. The smallness is the point. Heroic promises break. Small, kept ones rebuild trust with yourself.
The most common report. Six months in, clients describe a calmer ability to decline things — meetings, projects, expectations — that don't belong in this chapter.
Fewer hours lost to the running commentary in the head. Not silence — but a quieter relationship with thought.
