Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing comebackmanifesto.com or engaging the services of Comeback Manifesto, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Coaching services, not therapy

Comeback Manifesto provides professional coaching services. Coaching is a forward-facing partnership focused on practice, decisions, and rhythm. It is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical care, financial advice, or legal advice. If you are navigating clinical mental health concerns, please consult a licensed therapist or physician.

Our coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.

3. Client commitments

When you enroll in a program, you commit to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.
• Engage honestly and in good faith with the work between sessions.
• Pay agreed fees according to the payment schedule in your enrollment agreement.

4. Studio commitments

We commit to:

• Deliver each program as described, with the same care given to every client.
• Hold all coaching content in strict confidence (see Privacy Policy).
• Refer you to other practitioners when your needs fall outside our scope.

5. Fees, refunds, and rescheduling

Program fees are listed on the Programs page and confirmed in your enrollment agreement. Discovery calls are always complimentary.

Refund terms: The Reset is refundable within seven days of payment, prorated thereafter. Momentum 90 is refundable within fourteen days for any unused portion. Manifesto Year refunds are addressed in the individual enrollment agreement.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be counted as completed.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, graphics, design — is owned by Comeback Manifesto. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution. Reproducing or republishing substantial portions without written permission is prohibited.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Comeback Manifesto and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the program in question.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here.
